Cheese Biscuits

Method

  1. Make up the flour and marg to fine breadcrumbs
  2. Put in the seasoning then the cheese
  3. Add the beaten eggs and mix adding the water gradually to make a very soft dough
  4. Roll out pastry to about 1/4 inch thick, cut in to circle shapes ( or other shapes)
  5. Salt and pepper to taste if you want
  6. A good pinch of grated cheese and then bake of 15-20 minutes at about 170-180 or use your discretion according to how well done you like them.
