Beat margarine until soft as double cream, add sugar and beat until very soft again
Sieve flour and 1 dessert spoon of cocoa plus 2 tblsps of drinking chocolate
Add eggs and beat again then fold in flour and the tepid water until mixture is smooth and shinning
Bake in 2 x 10 inch tins at 160c for 1/2 hour or until firm to the touch. (overcooking will make it dry out so best to be a little underdone)
Once cooked take out and let it cool
Mix up filling and spread on inside making a sandwich, don't forget to add cherries or peaches in the middle. Add remaining Icing to the top and finish off with chocolate buttons, sprinkles what every suits your taste.

250g self raising flour
250g soft margarine
200g castor sugar
4 eggs
80ml tepid water
80g icing sugar
2 tblsps cocoa (add more if you like it chocolate) and a little milk to make pliable
