Tandorri Dry Mix Masala and Spicy Tikka Marinade

Garam Masala
Spicy Tikka Marinade
Use a nonmetallic bowl and store in the fridge
- 50z (150g) yoghurt (I use a small Yoghurt pot)
- 3 tblsps mustard oil (Just add some mustard powder to Olive Oil is you cannot find this)
- 2 tblsps fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic crushed
- 1 tsp ginger chopped finely
- 3 fresh green/red chillies, chopped
- 1 tsp bottled mint
- 3 tblsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tsp ground cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garam masala (Buy or make it yourself here)
- 1 tblsp mild curry paste. (Use a bought one or make it yourself here)
- 2 tblsps Dry Mix Masala (as shown above)
- 1 tsp salt
