Meatballs

Makes enough for 8 people. I use 00 flour. It comes out tougher than other recipes but good for spaghetti. Perhaps not for ravioli [Pasta Dough]

1 Bay Leaf 1 Yellow Onion 10g Garlic 1/2 Anchovy 2 tsp harissa paste 1 400g Tin of tomatoes splash of worcester sauce Salt and Pepper
